Payoneer card activation fee.

Payoneer have card activation fee of $12.95. I have been using Payoneer card payment system for the last few months and at the time of third payment process- Payoneer has been deducted the card activation fee from me. I was thinking where the balance went from here- make a question to a Facebook group of 34000 and got the answer is that - the card activation fee and the monthly maintenance fee has been deducted. But now I shall get the card using facility on worldwide mastercard logo based ATM booth. I can travel to another country with the card and I can withdraw money from loaded card to any where within the world.
