$4.46 = 446 cents. 

Than here I am getitng 446 cents for 497 views as a 55%. 

You know youtube pays 55-45% ratio based. 

So 45% of $4.46 is $3.64.

So the total revenue is: $4.46 + $3.64 = $8.1 

$8.1 x 100 cents= 810 cents

So I am getting  revenue (cents)/views (per 1000 based) = 810/497= 1.62 cents. Nearly $0.02 cents. 

So you can say I am getting pay 02 cents for per one view.
