What is infracted balance?
When you transfer money from wide area network to metropolitan area network (WAN-MAN) : than the balance will be infracted. The balance will not be usable to the internet and within wide area network. In this way: the MAN network users request destroy the balance to infracted like Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is a balance of MAN to MAN (P2P). When you use peer to peer network within wide area network that it can be easily say MAN to MAN. Internet infracted transaction makes the balances of bitcoin while MAN to WAN transactions like Bitcoin to world wide banks transactions are not allowed.
Another options think: You are controlling any payment server. That payment server is able to receive the transactions but the payment servers surrounded networks are MAN (Metropoliton Area Network) balances. As far as I know: a group which are not human in Bangladesh or within Asia or within the world is controlling an internet payment server (Because they often say in front of all within virtual world that they are controlling the payment server for this world) is surrounded by MAN. There have no WAN network. For receiving the funds from WAN to MAN is a kind of money laundering. There have no way to return the MAN to WAN. That group is not a human. They are may be test tube or may be species. Their brains are shortage. Their back ground peoples are may be non believer. They do not believe any religion or faith. So when they touch the balances: that goes to infraction level by the God. We all know God is the main powerful. Because GOD made the internet for the international transfer also from one country to another country or from one person to another person. The ASCII code can be create and works for only one time.
Also heard that internet have the cookies server. That cookies server have the MAN. If the cookies server network controls the payment server that is a clean destroy of the balances because there have no way to return the balances of payment server.
